I have been working since I was 9 years old, I have done lots of different jobs and worked 3-4 jobs every day for years to support my children, as their father was a dead beat dad.

My favorite job was my bartending job which I did for over 20 years, god I miss that one so much. The one I'm doing now its just part of life and something that has to be done.

Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

Never seen curling other than in the Olympics...But sounds pretty cool to watch in person...You sound like a hard working lady..But have a feeling you take pleasure in a job well done...Been retired for a couple years now and highly recommend it... Warm Hugs from Us!

Well, you know what I do for a living. Thankfully I only work a five day week. When I was working at that Co. that makes choo-choo trains I also had a part time cleaning the local burger place that's run by that clown on the weekends. That was my only foray into the seven day fool schedule. I quit when some up start teen aged Junior Manager told me I didn't know how to clean. My response was "son, I've forgotten more about cleaning than you'll ever know. As I've been doing this type of work long before you were a gleam in your daddy's eye." Threw my uniform ( that didn't fit properly) at him and walked out.
My first job? Working at a hand car wash when I was fifteen. Cleaning interiors, washing the cars, cleaning the tires, engines and waxing and buffing the body's to a shine. Hard work when it was warm out, in the winter....Oh boy!

My first official job was when I was 17, helping do maintenance at an apartment complex. I love my current job as you know. Going on 13 years now. BTW, I've watched some curling matches and I think I've figured it out.

Funny women are incredibly sexy!

Hi Joy.

thanks for taking me a little bit further...

but, how can you tell if the Canadian bacon is really Canadian... I luv pizza with Canadian bacon... but, I don't really know what part of Canada it cums from...

Maybe, it's just a name... like my stage name when I go to topless bars or men's clubs... and, I tell them that my name is "half inch"... it definitely sparks a conversation... but, there is no verification... I call it an ice breaker of sorts...

so... that's what I wondered about after reading this blog...

I kinda like my work... but, I want to be a kept man...

I want a heavenly creature to cum to me... and sweep me off my feet... gently... in an easy going manner and take full financial responsibility for me... be my 365 day a year fool... so to speak... for me...

maybe... have other women with a fan over my head... and others still to bathe me and feed me grapes...

I don't think I'm asking for too much... but... I luv to see a hard-working woman... and... I would feel honored to be the one that they selected to cherish and take care care of...

and, that's all I've got to say about that... I'm eating chocolates right now...

thanks for the post...

food for thought...

The Beatles - "The Fool on the Hill"

Day after day, alone on a hill
The man with the foolish grin is sitting perfectly still
Nobody wants to know him
They can see that he's just a fool
But he never gives an answer
But the fool on the hill
Sees the sun going down
And the eyes in his head
See the world spinning round
His head in a cloud
The man with a foolish grin is talking perfectly loud
But nobody wants to hear him
They can see that he's just a fool
But he never gives an answer
But the fool on the hill
Sees the sun going down
And the eyes in his head
See the world spinning round
But nobody wants to know him
They can…

Hello sweetheart!
Work is how we make our money but sometimes it takes a lot of live away from us lol.
When young I worked on farms in the summer, help in taking hay in for farmers. When getting out of school I got a job in a factory and was their for 37 years. Took an early retirement from The Dana Corp. I did not work for 9 mo. just enjoyed some time off. Then I got a job at Benteler Auto motive., was their for 10 years. Both factories made parts for cars and trucks. From the 80's till I sopped working was 7 days a week some of the days was 12 hours long wow. I work in maintenance as a machine repairman. I love the work I did very much. Most of the work I did was hydraulic tect. some of the time I was a team leader.

I did love my job. As for Curling is a great sport. Been retired since 2011 but my time was taken up with lots of curling as well as golf in the summer. We did put on many local bonspiels. Helping kids to curl from our local schools in part of their fitness program. Now I am doing other volunteer work that is keeping
me more busy. Hugs V

My first cash paying job, other than babysitting, was picking up cider apples at an orchard, we were paid .25 cents a bushel. Three of us working would walk away with over $3 dollars apiece for a day’s work in 1967.
I grew to liking my Iron Working career. That took a while before I liked it…kind of hard to roast during the summer, freeze and be wet during the winter. The gloves would be soaked in the first hour of the winter day. But the freedom and never working for more than one year at one place. Maybe working many different job sites in one year. Several job sites in a week even, two in a day. A lot of items we built were the same but different every time. I worked at some job sites where the scenery was awesome. Went to southern California for a 3 month working vacation…buggy boarding, living at the beach,, bikini babes everwhere.,,best Mexican food ever. I worked 37 years as an Union Iron Worker… I have worked a 12 hour day 7 day a week job that lasted for over 3 months,,, stir crazy! There were some ugly places to work too. Stink, hot, loud, dirty even water that had orange and green in it,,makes one wonder?
A person can travel all of North America and work,,,if your good enough you can travel the world working. I almost went to New Brunswick to work on camp style job site.
This year marks my retirement tenth anniversary. This nation celebrates my retirement day with a national holiday.
I did go to work for in the retail environment for a few years after a few yearsof being retired…done there too now.
