I'm not what you would call an easy guy to get to know, but that's all right. Most of us aren't here for anything long term, and neither am I. I'm not experienced with any part of this, but would like to relieve frustrations of everyday life (who wouldn't?) and help others do the same. If you haven't figured it out yet, I'm point blank and blunt as a boulder, but most people find me worth it to know, and I feel the same about many others as well. I'm quite gifted with languages, other than the native English I grew up with, I can also speak German quite proficiently, and passable Spanish. I also speak enough of other languages to get me into trouble in any major country of the world, and several smaller ones, too! I love cultures of all kinds and dislike intolerance. Differences are how we find out just how much alike we really are.

My Ideal Person Someone who is not looking for anything specific and is open to the idea that it's not all about the physical, though attraction on some level is necessary. Brains are a huge part of what makes things like this work with personalities coming in right behind it. I'm not looking for anything specific, but would like to at least get to know someone a bit with the expectation that it could lead somewhere and without the expectation of a relationship. I have to move in less than a year and a relationship is not wise.

Glen Miller, Benny Goodman, Andrews sisters, Elvis, Commander Cody, Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc.

I've tried it, but it's just not the same.
